Who we are

TTH Funding ("TTH Funding", "we", "us") operates this website and provides notional-funded trading evaluation programs for Forex, Futures and Prediction Markets. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account and trading data from our trading platform provider: your name, email address, country, phone number if you provide it, orders and purchases, profit-share payouts and your payout details, and the evaluation accounts you hold or have passed.
• Website usage data: the page you visited, the page that referred you, an anonymous session identifier that exists only for your current browser tab, your device type, browser and operating system, and the approximate country and city derived from your IP address.
• Email engagement: when you open one of our emails or click a link in it, we record that event against your contact record.
• Communications: anything you send us by email, and messages you post in our community platforms such as Discord, which are handled under those platforms' own policies.
• Browser preferences: the market you last selected, and your language and sound preferences, which are stored locally in your browser.

How we use information

• To open and operate your evaluation and funded accounts and to review your progress against program rules.
• To process payouts and maintain the financial records we are required to keep.
• To answer support requests and send you service messages about your account.
• To send marketing emails and offers, which you can stop receiving at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• To understand which pages and programs are useful, and to detect fraud, abuse and misuse of our site or platform.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

What appears publicly on this site

Our certificate wall and live payout feed publish a trader's first name only, alongside the program type, account size, payout amount where relevant, and the date. We never publish email addresses, full legal names, account logins, passwords, countries, or wallet and payout details.

If you would rather not be shown, contact us and we will publish you as "TTH Trader" instead, or remove you from public display entirely.

Cookies and similar technology

We do not run advertising networks or cross-site tracking cookies on this site. We use browser storage for the preferences described above, and a per-tab session identifier so that one visit is not counted repeatedly.

When you click through to third-party sites such as Trustpilot, Discord, Instagram, YouTube, or our trading dashboard, those services may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the IP address of the browser requesting them.

Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that make the service work:

• Our trading platform provider, which hosts your accounts, handles plan purchases and processes payouts.
• Our email provider, which delivers our emails and reports opens and link clicks so we can measure what is useful.
• An IP geolocation service used to estimate the country and city of site visitors for aggregate analytics.
• Services you choose to visit, such as review platforms and community channels.
• Authorities or other parties where we are legally required to disclose, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or to investigate fraud.

Payments

Plan purchases and payouts are completed through our trading platform provider's checkout and payment channels. We do not receive or store your card numbers or wallet private keys.

How long we keep information

We keep account, order and payout records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as we need them to meet accounting, tax, dispute-resolution and legal requirements. Website analytics are retained for a limited period and reviewed periodically.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct information that is wrong, or to delete information we are not required to keep.
• You can ask to be hidden from public display or shown only as "TTH Trader".
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email; service messages about your own account will still be sent.
• Depending on where you live, for example under the EU or UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete and port your information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Email us and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Security

Access to client records is restricted to authorised administrators, and our internal dashboards require an authenticated staff login. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Children

Our services are for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase a program, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
