Trading Rules, Fully Explained
No fine print. Here's exactly how every rule works so you never get caught off guard.
Daily Loss Limit
Resets daily at 5:00 PM EST. Calculated using the GREATER of: prior day's end-of-day balance OR end-of-day equity (balance + open P&L). If your equity touches the breach level at any point during the day — even momentarily — the account is permanently breached.
Max Trailing Drawdown
Trails your CLOSED BALANCE at the set percentage until you achieve a pre-defined return — at which point it locks permanently at your starting balance. Once locked, only gains above the starting balance are at risk. The absolute floor never changes.
Inactivity Breach
If you have no trading activity for 30 consecutive calendar days, your account is automatically breached. Stay active — even one trade every few weeks keeps your account alive.
News Trading
Trading within 3 minutes before or after a major News Event is prohibited. Violations during the challenge phase can result in trade removal, leverage reduction, or account breach at the company's discretion.
Prohibited Trading
Prohibited activity includes: pricing/latency exploitation, insider information, front-running, third-party strategies marketed to pass challenges, strategy switching between phases, and account arbitrage. Violations result in immediate termination.
Withdrawals
Funded accounts: withdraw once every 30 days (Instant Lite: every 14 days). Minimum withdrawal is the greater of $100 or 1% of starting balance. When a withdrawal is approved, your max trailing drawdown locks permanently at starting balance.

Profit Share Boost
+20% Split+20% of base price
Upgrades your profit split to 90%, keeping significantly more of every dollar earned on the funded account.
Default split is 80% for Instant plans. This add-on takes it straight to 90%, which on a $100K account generating 10% monthly is a meaningful difference in real payout dollars.
Hold Weekend
No Weekend Close+10% of base price
Keep your trades open over the weekend without penalty. Without this, all positions must be closed by 3:45 PM EST on Friday.
By default, open positions at Friday close are a soft breach and get closed automatically. This add-on removes that restriction entirely. Your thesis, your timeline.
Payout Protector
Breach Protection+25% of base price
If you breach your account but had profits in it, you still receive your portion of those gains.
Normally a hard breach means all gains are forfeited. With Payout Protector, the account is still closed, but you are still paid out your percentage of whatever gains existed at the time of breach.
The Same Fair Rules, Every Market
These core principles apply whether you trade Forex, Futures, or Prediction Markets. No exceptions, no hidden conditions.
A maximum of $1,000,000 in active evaluation or funded plans is permitted per person, combined across all markets (Forex, Futures, and Prediction Markets). This can be composed of multiple assessment or funded accounts.
Keep up to 90% of your profits. Standard plans offer 90%; some evaluation plans start at 75% and scale up.
Approved payouts are processed the same business day. No 14-day waits, no delays.
Forex and Predictions: 30 consecutive days of no activity. Funded Futures Phases 1-4: must place a trade every 14 days. Funded Futures Live Account: must place a trade every 7 days.
KYC must be completed before your first payout request. One-time verification.
Coordinated trading across multiple accounts is prohibited. Trading your own multiple accounts is allowed.
Exploiting execution delays or price feed discrepancies is strictly prohibited.
Trading on material non-public information is prohibited and will result in account termination.

Account ClosedHitting your Daily Loss Limit (5% Standard / 3% Lite) or Max Trailing Drawdown (8% / 5%). The account is permanently closed and accumulated gains are forfeited.
Soft Breach
Trades Closed OnlyHolding over the weekend or trading inside a 3-minute news window. Only the violating trades are closed; your account stays active.
Payout Protector
Optional Add-OnIf you add Payout Protector at checkout, you still receive your share of gains even on a hard breach. The account still closes, but your profits are protected.
Inactivity
30 DaysNo trade placed within 30 calendar days breaches the account. Stay active.
